how do we apply different Multilinear spring values to Kx, Ky and Kz directions of the same node,

I am modeling a concrete shaft liner , the loading is due to water pressure which creates compression and uplift, the liner is confined by secant piles, how would I model the springs of each wall node to be in compression in X and Z direction and in tension in Y direction?
