I have a podium PT slab that is causing large balanced load couple reactions on my shear walls and forcing my mat foundations to have significant uplift. The PT slab is designed in RAM Concept and the reactions are exported to our RSS model then exported to a separate Concept model to design our pile supported mats that are supporting our shear walls. Along some of these walls we are seeing large couple forces that are part of the Balanced Load (transfer) Loading. I've attached an example of these reactions on one of our mats. I believe this loading is a reaction from our PT slab but I don't know how to fix it. Do you have any suggestions on what could cause the large balanced loading in the mat foundation Concept model?
