Pipe - AISC 360-10 Eqn H3-6

Why STAAD does not check Eqn H3-6 (combined torsion, shear and flexure)? Here are design details for one member. Also torsion capacity should be divided by 12 (8.307/12=0.692). I use STAAD.Pro V8i (SELECT series 4) 20.07.09.21
